Located in a complex dating back to 1400 in the historic Via Sant’Alessandro at number 19, La Cortevecchia will welcome you with renowned Italian style elegant and refined. The apartment, completely renovated and air conditioned, is located on the ground floor and consists of a large and comfortable living area with sofa, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with safe, a second bedroom with double bed and an elegant bathroom with shower.
The sofa in the living area in a few moments becomes a comfortable double bed allowing the structure to accommodate up to 6 adults. For your moments of distraction and relaxation La Cortevecchia provides a spacious courtyard with plants of the season in which you’ll be talking to admire in all its beauty the wonderful bell tower of St. Alexander, or just to read a book.
La Cortevecchia is NOT able to accommodate your pets. Inside the apartment is not allowed smoking: you can do it in the outdoor courtyard using the ashtrays provided.
The Cortevecchia 2.0
Located in a building of 1700 in the historic Via San Bernardino at number 22, La Cortevecchia 2.0 will host you with its beautiful wooden ceilings of the time, result of a careful renovation.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and consists of a large, comfortable living area with sofa , fully equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and elegant bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living area in a few moments becomes a practical and comfortable double bed: in this way La Cortevecchia 2.0 is able to accommodate up to 4 adults.
La Cortevecchia 2.0 is NOT able to accommodate your pets. Inside the flat is not allowed smoking: you can do it on the balcony of the living room, using the ashtrays provided.
